TERMS
Five rules. All of them fair, most of them older than you.
01. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we text you back, not before. Ten minutes late and the chair goes to the queue; life happens, just text us first.
02. Walk-ins
First come, first cut. The queue is the queue — it has survived sixty years of negotiation attempts and will survive yours.
03. Kids
Under-12s cut Tuesday to Friday before 3 PM. A parent stays in the shop. The lollipop is non-negotiable in both directions.
04. Refunds
If you’re not happy, come back within a week and we’ll fix it free. That’s been the policy since 1962 and it’s been used nine times.
05. This template
Otis & Sons is a fictional shop presented as a website template. A real shop deploying it should replace this page with its own terms — the style guide marks where.
