A barbershop runs on trust and small talk. Here is exactly what we keep, and what we never do with it.
01. What we keep
Your name, your mobile number, and what you usually have done. That’s the whole database, and most of it also lives in your barber’s head.
02. Booking texts
We text to confirm bookings and to tell you if your barber is off sick. No marketing blasts, no ‘we miss you’ messages — if you’re gone six months we assume you moved or grew it out.
03. This website
One cookie, for the cookie notice. Booking requests go through Framer’s form service to our shop phone. No ad pixels, no tracking — we’re barbers, not a media company.
04. Photos on the Wall
Every cut on the Wall went up with a yes from the person in the chair. Want yours down? One text and it’s gone.
05. Your rights
Ask what we hold, fix it, or have it deleted — write to shop@otisandsons.co or just ask at the counter. The counter is faster.
